Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Pathfinder processes and why. Data controller contact: fay@fyrawomen.com. The controller's full legal identification will be published in the Terms of Service.

1. What we process and why

• Quiz answers. Your answers are sent to our server solely to generate your Report and are processed transiently for that purpose. We do not build a profile database from them.
• Email address and archetype. When you enter your email at the unlock step, we store it (with your quiz archetype) to deliver the service, handle support, and — where you have not objected — send occasional product updates. Legal basis: contract performance and legitimate interest / consent.
• Payment data. Payments are handled by Stripe; we receive confirmation of payment and your email from Stripe, but never your card details.
• Analytics. With your consent (cookie banner), we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

2. Processors and recipients

• Netlify (site hosting, form storage of email leads)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Anthropic (AI processing of your quiz answers to generate the Report)
• Google (analytics, only with consent)

Some providers may process data outside the EEA; in such cases transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

3. Retention

Email leads are kept until you ask us to delete them or object to further contact. Payment records are retained as required by tax and accounting law. Transient AI processing data is not retained by us beyond generating your Report.

4. Cookies

We use one strictly necessary mechanism to remember your cookie choice, and Google Analytics cookies only after you click "Accept" in the banner. You can change your mind by clearing cookies for this site.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to fay@fyrawomen.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian supervisory authority (NAIH, naih.hu) or your local data protection authority.
